Ingredients
- 1 tsp white peppercorns
- 1 tsp green peppercorns
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp allspice berries
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 1 sprig sage
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 500 ml olive oil

Add the three types of pepper, allspice, and chili to a clean bottle. Rinse the sage and rosemary, shake dry, then add to the bottle and pour in the oil. Seal the bottle and let steep for about 2 weeks at room temperature in a dark place. Afterwards, decorate with ribbon if desired and give as a gift.
