Herb-Infused Vinegar Variation

Ingredients

  • 6 sprigs rosemary
  • 9 sprigs thyme
  • 3 tbsp white peppercorns
  • 3 tsp juniper berries
  • 0.75 l apple cider vinegar
  • 0.75 l red wine vinegar
  • 0.75 l white wine vinegar

Instructions

    Rinse the herbs and pat them dry.

    Add 2 sprigs of rosemary, 3-4 sprigs of thyme, 1 tbsp peppercorns, and 1 tsp juniper berries to each bottle. Fill each bottle with a type of vinegar, seal tightly, and store in a cool, dark place for at least two weeks.

    Afterward, strain the mixture through a sieve if desired and re-fill the bottles.
