Ingredients
- 175 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g butter
- 400 g flour
- 100 g couverture chocolate
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Instructions

Beat butter with sugar and salt until fluffy, gradually fold in the flour and mix well.

Shape the dough into a roll about 3 cm thick, wrap in foil, and chill for about 1 hour.

Cut the roll into slices about 0.5 cm thick, place on parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes until pale yellow.

Mix sugar and vanilla sugar, toss half of the hot cookies in it.

Break couverture chocolate into pieces, melt slowly, dip the remaining cookies halfway into the chocolate, lay on parchment, and let set.
