Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 EL vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 2 EL milk
- coconut flakes
- topping cherry

Beat sugar and vanilla sugar with butter until fluffy, sift in flour and knead, add milk if needed.

Shape dough into rolls about 4 cm diameter, wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.

Cut rolls into slices about 1 cm thick, place on parchment‑lined tray spaced apart, bake at 160 °C for about 25 minutes until pale golden.

Remove hot cookies from tray, roll the side with less fat in coconut flakes and top each with a cherry glazed with a little sugar glaze, let cool.
