Ingredients
- 8 Polish boiled sausages
- 2 onions
- 2 sour apples
- 100 g dried plums
- 4 fresh bay leaves
- 1 tsp juniper berries
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- pepper (ground)
- 150 ml meat broth
- 1 splash Lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan and top heat.

Halve the sausages, lightly slit them. Peel, halve and slice the onions into strips. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove cores and cut quarters into wedges. Place all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with dried plums, bay leaves, juniper berries and marjoram. Season with pepper and pour into an oiled baking dish. Add broth and bake for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Before serving season with lemon juice.
