Hearty Beef Fillet Pan

Ingredients
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 50 g smoked ham
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 50 ml red wine
- 4 slices beef fillet (about 100 g each)
- Lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Dice the ham finely.

Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in an oven‑proof skillet, then sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add the ham and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Once the mushroom juices evaporate, stir in parsley and red wine. Rub the beef fillet slices with pepper and lemon juice, place them on top of the vegetable mixture, and drizzle with olive oil.

Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) with both‑sided heat. Flip the fillets twice during cooking, about 8–12 minutes, seasoning as desired and basting with pan sauce. Serve directly from the skillet.
