- 2 pears
- 3 green apples (e.g. Granny Smith)
- 3 stalks celery
- 60 g organic ginger
- 1 bunch parsley (20 g)
- 3 kiwis
- 2 limes
- 1 tsp turmeric

Wash and chop the pears, apples, celery, ginger, and parsley into pieces. Halve the kiwis and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice.

Put the pears, apples, kiwis, celery, ginger, and parsley into the juicer and extract the juice.

Mix the freshly squeezed juice with lime juice and season with turmeric. Serve the mixture as shots immediately or freeze in portions.
