Cinnamon water from Spoonsparrow is particularly digestible and helps you stay fit through the cold seasons.

Ingredients

  • 1 l Mineral water
  • 0.5 Bio Grapefruit
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Fill a glass carafe with water. Rinse the grapefruit with hot water, slice it, quarter the slices and add them to the water.

    Wash the rosemary and add it along with the cinnamon sticks to the water. Let the cinnamon water steep for 1-3 hours.
