Lemon Iced Tea from Spoonsparrow: We don't add excessive amounts of sugar to the glass! Brewed yourself, the pick-me-up tastes best!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 25 g loose black tea
- 300 g ice cubes
- 2 Organic lemons
- 1 Lime
Instructions

First, bring 200 ml of water and the sugar to a boil. Add the tea, stir, and let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Then add 200 g of ice cubes to a pitcher and pour the tea through a fine sieve into the pitcher.

Rinse the lemons with hot water, cut them in half, and squeeze the juice from 3 lemon halves. Slice the remaining lemon.

Halve the lime and also squeeze out the juice. Add the lemon and lime juice, as well as 600 ml of cold water to the iced tea.

Serve the lemon iced tea with the remaining ice cubes and lemon slices. Decorate with paper straws and enjoy.
