Ingredients

  • 1 small head lettuce
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp strawberry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp germ oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Clean the salad, tear the leaves into bite‑size pieces.

    Halve the melon, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and slice the flesh into thin strips.

    Wash, dry, and halve or quarter the strawberries.

    Combine the melon and strawberries together.

    Whisk strawberry vinegar, lemon juice, sherry, sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper; fold in the oil and mix with fruit and chopped mint.

    Line a bowl with lettuce leaves, spread the fruit salad on top, garnish with mint flakes and serve.
