Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 250 g ground hazelnuts
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Beat the egg whites with lemon juice until very stiff. Gradually fold in powdered sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture shines. Fold in hazelnuts and cinnamon.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip with the meringue mixture and pipe walnut-sized heaps onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (medium) for about 20-25 minutes.
