Ingredients

  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 30 g Butter
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 125 ml whipping cream
  • 100 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 6 tbsp light sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 35 g hazelnuts

Instructions

    Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, honey and cream to a small pot and bring to a boil while stirring. Everything should dissolve well and lightly caramelize. Stir in the nuts, seeds and flour, then remove from heat.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Spread the mixture onto a baking tray with small oiled depressions (about 4 cm diameter) and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Remove, drop out of the depressions and cool on parchment paper. Place one hazelnut in each depression and serve cooled.
