Hamburger Fish Fillets

Ingredients
- 500 ml fish stock
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 500 ml meat stock
- 80 g medium sharp mustard
- 600 g cod fillets
- 800 g potatoes
- 4 onions
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions

Add fish stock, meat stock and cream to a pot and reduce by half. Stir in mustard, season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile boil the potatoes, peel them and slice into rounds after cooling.

Sauté potato slices in 2 tbsp hot oil with butter. Peel onions, cut into strips and add to the potatoes.

Wash fish, pat dry and cut into ~3x3 cm cubes. Toss in flour and fry in 2 tbsp hot oil until golden brown. Add fish to the potatoes and stir. Pour mustard sauce over and bake under a preheated grill for about 8 minutes until golden.

Serve with remaining potatoes.
