- 600 g cod fillet (whole, skin on, ready to cook)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 bundle vegetable mix
- 100 ml dry white wine

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Clean and dice the vegetables. Seal one end of a bratschlauch, add the vegetables, fish, and wine, then seal the other end.

Insert a knife several times into the surface and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Remove, open the bratschlauch, and arrange the fish and vegetables on a plate to serve.
