A delicious and low-fat, low-calorie alternative to sausages or hamburgers that provides plenty of vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 2 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 1 ready‑made wrap
  • 30 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • 2 tbsp canned pineapple
  • 30 g cooked ham (thinly sliced)

Instructions

    Wash the iceberg lettuce, pat dry and cut into thin strips.

    Spread the cream cheese on the wrap, then layer with pineapple and lettuce strips.

    Top with cooked ham and roll tightly.

    Wrap firmly in parchment paper, folding the ends like a candy. Cut diagonally with a bread knife.
