Creamy ricotta buns with turkey breast and bell pepper. A hearty snack. Juicy, spicy and fresh: an ideal energy booster for kids to take on the go.

Ingredients
- 125 g ricotta
- 150 g small yellow bell peppers (1 small yellow bell pepper)
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 75 g smoked turkey breast (sliced)
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 4 basil leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 whole-grain rye buns
Instructions

Place the ricotta in a fine sieve, hang it over a bowl, press lightly and let drain well.

Meanwhile halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and dice finely. Cut the pickled cucumber and smoked turkey breast into small cubes as well.

Wash the chives and basil, shake dry and cut into thin ribbons or strips.

Add the drained ricotta to a bowl and mix in the prepared ingredients thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.

Split the buns in half and hollow out the centers slightly with your fingers (remove some crumbs).

Fill the buns with the seasoned ricotta mixture and reassemble the buns.
