Ingredients
- 8 slices Tramezzino
- 1 handful basil
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 150 g ricotta
- Salt
- lemon pepper
- 150 g Parma ham (thinly sliced)

Lay a large piece of aluminum foil. Place half the Tramezzini in a row on it. Rinse and dry shake the basil and parsley. Blend them with olive oil. Mix into ricotta, season with salt and lemon pepper. Spread onto bread slices, leaving about 1 cm free at the edges. Distribute ham over them. Lay the remaining Tramezzini on top and tightly roll everything using the foil. Twist the ends of the foil and refrigerate the loaf for about 1 hour.

Remove, unpack and cut into ~2.5 cm thick rolls with a sharp knife. Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
