Ingredients
- 2 small ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 50 g Salad mayonnaise
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 small onion
- 1 bundle dill
- 100 g sea crab meat
- 8 slices toast bread

Halve the avocados, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Dice half an avocado finely. Blend the remaining avocado with lime juice. Fold in salad mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash and rinse the celery stalk. Peel the onion. Finely chop the celery and onion. Rinse the dill, shake dry, then finely mince.
