Ingredients

  • 125 g tomato puree
  • 1 pinch paprika powder
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 0.5 tsp grated oregano
  • Salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 60 g cooked ham (thinly sliced)
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 120 g Emmental cheese

  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 4 tbsp low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat).

    Put all dough ingredients in a bowl and knead with dough hooks until smooth. Wrap in cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes.

    Divide into two parts, roll each into thin circles. Place each dough base on a pizza tray. Season tomato puree with paprika, pepper, oregano and salt, split in half and spread on each base. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Tear ham into pieces. Clean mushrooms and slice finely. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Arrange onions, ham, mushrooms and tomatoes loosely over the pizzas. Cut cheese into thin strips and scatter over. Finally sprinkle a little oregano and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
