The Halva-Mascarpone cream with pomegranate seeds from Spoonsparrow is the perfect finish for a festive menu!

Ingredients

  • 100 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 125 g whipping cream
  • 75 g halva (sesame paste confection)
  • 50 g almonds
  • 30 g Pomegranate seeds (2 tbsp)
  • 50 g chocolate (at least 50% cocoa)

Instructions

    Puree mascarpone with yogurt, whipping cream and halva until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more cream as needed.

    Spread the Halva‑Mascarpone cream into glasses and refrigerate. Chop the almonds.
