Ingredients
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 125 g whipping cream
- 75 g halva (sesame paste confection)
- 50 g almonds
- 30 g Pomegranate seeds (2 tbsp)
- 50 g chocolate (at least 50% cocoa)

Puree mascarpone with yogurt, whipping cream and halva until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more cream as needed.
