Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g ground beef
- 200 g red beans
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- a handful of lettuce leaves
- 8 small taco shells
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- 250 g cream cheese
Instructions

First, slit the chili pepper open, remove seeds, rinse and finely dice. Heat oil in a small pan, briefly sauté the chili, then stir into the cream cheese to make a sauce.

Peel onion and garlic. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. Brown the ground beef until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, cook together. Mix in beans and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.

Quarter the bell pepper, clean, rinse and finely dice. Tear lettuce into small pieces, rinse briefly and pat dry with paper towels. Fill each taco shell with the meat mixture, add diced pepper and lettuce, then spoon the cheese sauce on top.
