Ingredients

  • 150 g oats
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 600 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 0.5 Zucchini
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.25 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 packet watercress

Instructions

    Bring oats and turmeric powder to a boil in a pot with 500 ml broth.

    Simmer for 1 minute over medium heat; then remove from the stove and let stand for 10 minutes to absorb.

    Meanwhile clean, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces.

    Steam the vegetables in the remaining broth for 5 minutes, then season with paprika powder and cumin.

    Cut watercress from the bed. Arrange the oatmeal with vegetables into bowls and sprinkle with watercress.
