Chicken Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 thick tomato slices
  • 2 tbsp remoulade
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Wash and clean the lettuce leaves.

    Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, lightly flatten, season with salt and pepper, coat in flour. Dip in beaten egg, then dredge in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
