Guacamole with Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
- 1 small green chili pepper
- 0.5 handful of coriander leaves
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Wash the chili, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds and finely dice the flesh. Rinse the coriander leaves, set aside a few stems for garnish, finely chop the rest.

Halve the avocados, peel them, remove the pits and separate the flesh from the skin. Blend with lime juice and crème fraîche until smooth.

Stir in the diced chili and chopped coriander, season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a bowl and serve garnished with remaining coriander leaves and freshly ground pepper.
