Colorful energy balls from Spoonsparrow are not only a good idea for football fans!

Ingredients

  • 200 g cashews
  • 200 g dried mango
  • 400 g dried dates
  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 100 g almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    For the yellow dough, blend 100 g cashews and dried mango with 7 tbsp water until smooth.

  2. 2.

    Then for the red dough, blend remaining cashews, 200 g dates and beetroot powder until smooth.

  3. 3.

    Finally for the dark dough, blend almonds, remaining dates and cocoa powder until smooth.

  4. 4.

    Shape 95 small balls from each of the three doughs. Then press the balls in the order dark, red, yellow together and carefully roll them into energy balls.
