Ingredients

  • 150 g Gruyère cheese (Gruyère AOP 12 months)
  • 3–5 garlic cloves
  • 125 g low-fat or semi-fat quark
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 handful delicate spinach leaves
  • 75 g Bündner Fleisch
  • 2 baguette rolls (about 250 g each)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Finely chop the garlic cloves. Mix with quark, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.

    Slice the tomatoes thinly. Shred the Gruyère AOP cheese using a vegetable peeler.

    Cut the baguette rolls lengthwise. Spread the garlic-quark mixture on the cut surfaces. Layer spinach leaves, Bündner Fleisch, shredded Gruyère, and tomato slices. Fold together and halve.
