Ingredients
- 150 g Gruyère cheese (Gruyère AOP 12 months)
- 3–5 garlic cloves
- 125 g low-fat or semi-fat quark
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 handful delicate spinach leaves
- 75 g Bündner Fleisch
- 2 baguette rolls (about 250 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Finely chop the garlic cloves. Mix with quark, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.

Slice the tomatoes thinly. Shred the Gruyère AOP cheese using a vegetable peeler.

Cut the baguette rolls lengthwise. Spread the garlic-quark mixture on the cut surfaces. Layer spinach leaves, Bündner Fleisch, shredded Gruyère, and tomato slices. Fold together and halve.
