Ingredients
- 125 g grünkern
- 1 Spring onion
- 0.25 bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped herbs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp seasoned broth
Instructions

Peel the carrots. Cook the grünkern and carrots in water with the broth for about 20 minutes until tender, then drain and let cool.

Cut the spring onion, bell pepper, and carrots into small pieces and add them to the grünkern.

Season the crème fraîche with lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper, then mix everything together. Garnish with paprika and herbs.
