Ingredients

  • 2 rolls (from yesterday)
  • 750 g ground pork
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 60 g green olives (pitted)
  • 60 g walnut kernels
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • green olive (for garnish)

Instructions

    Soak the rolls in lukewarm water, drain and knead with the ground pork. Peel and dice the garlic. Roughly chop the olives and walnuts.

    Mix the olives, garlic, walnuts and egg into the meat, season with mustard, paprika, salt and pepper. Form small balls and fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil for 8-10 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Arrange in bowls and garnish with green olives.
