Ingredients
- 8 taco shells
- 400 g mixed ground beef
- 1 EL oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 0.125 l beef broth (from a bottle)
- 2 green chili peppers
- 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
- taco sauce (from a bottle)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion, sauté in oil.

Add the ground meat and cook until crumbly.

Stir in the seasoning mix, pour in broth, simmer over medium heat until reduced. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash the chili peppers, slice into thin rings. Fill taco shells with meat, top with chili rings and cheese, then drizzle taco sauce on top.
