Ingredients

  • 250 g mixed ground beef
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp cloves
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pack corn chips

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic, sauté in oil, add ground beef and cook while stirring. Add spices, season with salt and pepper.

    Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, finely chop. Wash tomatoes, dice finely. Mix all with lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Whisk eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, and let set in butter.

    Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, cook until cheese melts. Trim spring onions, cut into thin rings, sprinkle over the omelette.

    Arrange ground beef with scrambled eggs, tomato salsa, and corn chips on a plate.
