Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 600 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 egg
  • bread crumbs (as needed)
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • olive oil for brushing

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Mix the ground beef with the garlic, shallot, paprika, and egg well. Add bread crumbs if necessary until the mixture is firm enough to shape. Season with salt and pepper.

    Form 8-12 small rolls from the mixture and skewer them lengthwise on metal skewers. Brush with oil and grill over high heat for 8-10 minutes on all sides.

    Serve with cabbage salad and vegetables as desired.
