Ingredients
- 800 g mixed ground beef
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper
- olive oil
- 8 lemongrass stalks
Instructions

Pick off coriander leaves, set aside some for garnish and finely chop the rest.

Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds and finely chop.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it as well.

Combine ground beef with chopped coriander, chili, ginger, garlic and egg. Add breadcrumbs until a workable dough forms. Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper.

Shape small balls, skewer onto lemongrass stalks and brush with olive oil. Grill or fry for about 5-6 minutes, turning as desired. Serve garnished with remaining coriander.
