Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 600 g ground beef
- 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g peas (fresh or frozen)
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Sauté in hot oil until translucent.

Add curry powder, ground coriander, and ground cumin; cook briefly to release aromas.

Introduce the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon and cooking until it starts to brown.

Stir in diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Fold in peas and continue cooking for another ~10 minutes until everything is tender. Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
