Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast fillets (ready to cook)
  • 0.5 bunch mint
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the grill. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite‑size cubes. Rinse the herbs, shake off excess water, pick off leaves and finely chop. Peel the garlic, crush it with the herbs and mix everything with lemon juice and oil; season with salt and pepper, then marinate the chicken cubes for about 30 minutes. Thread onto wooden skewers and grill over high heat, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes.
