Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 Lime
- 1 EL olive oil
- Sea salt
- 4 thyme sprigs
- marinade
- 1 EL sharp mustard
- 1 Lime
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL thyme leaves
- 1 chili pepper
Instructions

For the marinade finely chop the chili pepper and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Wash chicken breasts, pat dry. Make diagonal slits four times. Slice the lime thinly and insert slices into the cuts. Brush with the marinade and cover in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F) fan‑forced or conventional heat.

Place chicken breasts on a greased baking tray and bake for about 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and garnish with thyme before serving.
