- 1 cucumber
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- Salt
- white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dill sprigs
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 0.5 tsp seasoned broth
- 250 g tuna steak (6 steaks)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- oil (for grill rack)

Wash the cucumber, cut it lengthwise into quarters or sixths depending on thickness, and dice into corners. Whip the cream to half‑firm consistency, season with salt, pepper, sugar, dill, mustard, and broth, fold in the cucumber pieces, and let rest.

Drizzle lemon juice over the tuna, season with salt and pepper. Brush oil onto the grill rack and cook each side of the steaks for about 3 minutes. Plate the tuna steaks alongside the cucumber salad and serve.
