Grilled Tuna Steak

Ingredients
- 1 untreated orange
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tuna steaks (ready to cook, skinless, 160 g each)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- basil leaves (for garnish)
- lime wedge (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the orange, removing the white pith, and slice the fruit into rounds. Wash the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into thin slices or half-moons.

Remove the skins from the onions and dice them finely.

Whisk together the lime juice and olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the tuna steaks, pat dry, then sear them briefly on both sides in a hot grill pan with vegetable oil until they are still raw inside, seasoning with salt and pepper as you go.

Arrange cucumber slices with orange rounds on a plate, place one tuna steak on top of each, sprinkle with onion cubes, and drizzle with the lime vinaigrette before serving.

Optionally garnish with basil leaves and lime wedges.
