Ingredients

  • 500 g waxy potatoes
  • 200 g carrots
  • 2 zucchini (150 g each)
  • 1 broccoli (400 g)
  • 4 stonebite fillets (150 g each)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 4 tbsp chopped herbs (e.g. parsley, dill, chives)
  • 40 g Butter

Instructions

    Wash, peel, halve the potatoes and carrots, then shave into thin slices. Shave the zucchini into thin slices as well. Wash the broccoli, cut into small florets and halve them.

    Rinse the stonebite fillets, pat dry, rub with salt, pepper and chopped herbs. Place 10 g butter on each piece of foil, spread it, lay a portion of the vegetables on the foil, season with salt and pepper. Lay the fish on top, seal the foil tightly. Bake the packets for 30-35 minutes at 200 °C (convection) in a preheated oven. After baking, arrange the fish and vegetables on plates.
