Grilled Tuna

Attention grill lovers! The grilled tuna from Spoonsparrow is always a hit as a fish side dish.

Ingredients

  • 500 g tuna fillet (sushi quality)
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

    Wash and pat the tuna dry. Cut into 4 roughly equal long pieces. Grill or sear in a grill pan with 2 tbsp hot sesame oil for 1–2 minutes on each side, leaving the center raw.

    Coarsely grind pepper, coriander, and sea salt together in a mortar.

    Slice the tuna into rounds and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with the spice mixture and drizzle with a little oil before serving. Offer vegetables as desired.
