Ingredients
- 8 shrimp (peeled and deveined except for the tail segment)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt
- chili powder
- 1 sheet yufka dough
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 200°C with fan and top heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Drizzle with lime juice, season with salt and chili powder. Cut the yufka sheet into eight narrow strips. Brush each strip with oil and wrap around one shrimp. Brush the outside again with oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the tray and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Serve garnished with a lime wedge if desired and provide soy sauce for dipping.
