Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes (≈200 g each)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 120 g soft butter

Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, wrap tightly in aluminum foil and pierce all over with a fork several times. Grill, turning regularly, for about 40 minutes until pierced with a fork no longer meets resistance.

For the butter, wash, halve, peel, and finely chop the chili pepper. Peel and mince the garlic, then grate it with a pinch of salt. Mix the chili and parsley into the butter and refrigerate until serving.
