Asparagus Lentil Vegetable

Ingredients

  • 350 g white asparagus
  • 350 g green asparagus
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 EL Butter
  • 250 g red lentils
  • 0.5 l vegetable broth from a jar
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash lentils in a sieve and simmer covered in vegetable broth for 15 minutes.

    Peel white asparagus thoroughly, trim ends, bundle and cook in salted water for 18 minutes. Remove and drain well. Trim ends of green asparagus, wash, bundle and cook in salted water for 12 minutes. Remove and drain well.
