Ingredients

  • 1 kg sweet potatoes
  • coarse Sea salt
  • pepper (ground fresh)
  • fresh herbs (for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat the grill. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into about 1 cm thick slices.

    Grill on both sides for 8–10 minutes each, seasoning with sea salt and pepper after flipping. Garnish with fresh garden herbs before serving.
