Grilled Steak with Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp finely chopped red chili peppers
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 large steaks (e.g., ribeye steak, 250-300 g each)

Wash the potatoes under running water and brush them clean, then cut them lengthwise into wedges. Blanch the wedges in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain and let dry.

Whisk the oil with chili, salt, and pepper. Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet and toss them with the chili‑oil mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C or under the grill on the second rack from above for about 5 minutes, flip, and bake another 5 minutes.

Season the steaks with pepper, brush with oil, and grill each side for about 3–5 minutes (to your preference). Serve the grilled steak with potato wedges.
