Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks about 220 g each (e.g., sirloin)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Pat the steaks dry and brush with oil. Place each steak on the grill with a sprig of rosemary, brushing again with remaining oil midway. After 2-3 minutes season with sea salt, flip and grill another 2-3 minutes; season the other side as well. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.

    Just before serving, season with pepper and remove from the grill.
