- Salt

- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 800 g fresh calamari
- lemon juice (optional)

Whisk the smoked paprika with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Wash and clean the calamari, cut into large pieces, mix with the oil mixture and let marinate for 15 minutes.
