- 200 g Feta Cheese
- 0.5 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 0.5 tsp freshly chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped black olives
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)

Preheat the grill.

Wash, clean, and pat dry the squid tubes. Crumble the feta with a fork and mix with rosemary, thyme, olives, breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper; season to taste and fill the tubes with this mixture. Secure each tube with a toothpick, lightly season the outside with salt and pepper, and grill on high heat until golden brown all around. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
