Grilled spring onions are a tasty vegan side dish for the grill. The allicin also makes them ideal for gum inflammation.

Ingredients
- 14 stalks red spring onions
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 4 leaves sorrel
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the spring onions thoroughly, trim off the roots and place them in an oven-safe dish. Wash the rosemary and sorrel, shake dry and add to the dish.

Drizzle everything with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill on a preheated grill, turning several times for about 5 minutes.
