Sweet potato slices grilled by Spoonsparrow are always wonderfully delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes (firmly cooked)
- 2 stalks Parsley
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Halve the chili, remove seeds, and finely chop. Wash the parsley, pluck leaves from stems, and finely chop.

Slice the sweet potatoes into about 1 cm thick rounds, brush with oil, then sprinkle with parsley, chili, salt, and pepper. Press lightly and grill on a hot grill for 2–3 minutes per side.
