Grilled Sardines

Spoonsparrow grilled sardines offer delicious flavors and plenty of healthy fats that protect heart and vessels.

Ingredients

  • 16 sardines
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • coarse Sea salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 0.5 handful parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash and pat the sardines dry. Brush with 1-2 tbsp oil and lightly season with salt. Grill over high heat, turning, for 8-10 minutes.

    While grilling, peel the garlic and press into the remaining oil. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Cut a small piece of lemon and squeeze its juice into the oil. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
